Unauthorised drones disrupted flights at on Friday and Saturday evenings, with late flights cancelled or diverted, including to Paris. The said nine planned clinical procedures were cancelled, a non-emergency air ambulance transfer was aborted and patients treated in England could not return.

Police are investigating a 'serious criminal offence', and Channel 103 reported on 3 November that specialist drone-detection equipment is now on the island. The government says additional measures are in place but gave no details for operational reasons.
